This zine, composed through a series of hand-printed cyanotypes, was created as an educational tool to raise awareness about menopause and the persistent stigmas surrounding women’s aging bodies. Although menopause is a natural and universal transition, it is often obscured by misinformation, silence, and cultural discomfort. By bringing these images and ideas into view, I aim to encourage more open, informed conversations about this stage of life and its significance.

I dedicate this work to my mother whose honesty and openness shaped my understanding of the female body. They cultivated an environment where questions about anatomy and bodily change were welcomed rather than dismissed. Through their guidance, I learned to recognize and respect the continual transformations the body undergoes.
