This series explores the hidden dynamics of relationships behind closed doors. I once equated conflict with love, only to realize the harm in that belief. Instead of nurturing, we became trapped in a cycle of pain. Relationships are a constant push and pull, a balance of giving and taking. To explore this further, I focused on two close friends in a new relationship. They saw these intimate shoots as a way to grow closer, while I used their dynamic to reflect on my own past relationships. It quickly became clear how easily love and hate blur—both are intense emotions that create deep connections, binding people together even in turmoil.
